[Howto] merge solids in FreeCAD

FreeCAD v0.16

1. create two cutting solids
2. select both solids
3. click “boolean operation” → select “merge” → ok
4. now both solids became unvisible and a new fusion is created
5. select the newly created fusion
6. menu → part → refine shape
