1. open the pdf-file with external editor
2. replace all strings /Subtype /Highlight /QuadPoints with /Subtype /Highlight /F 4 /QuadPoints
(/F 4 sets the print-flag: “If set, print the annotation when the page is printed”)
3. save the modified pdf-file
4. now open und print the pdf-file with evince
